Adam is B6A’s founder and recognized industry leader. He co-authored The Sports Strategist: Developing Leaders For A High-Performance Industry. His work has been featured in Forbes, SportsBusiness Journal, The Washington Post, The Chicago Tribune, and SportTechie. He also teaches at Northwestern University’s Masters of Sports Administration program.

Gabe Ottolini - Chief Operating Officer
Gabe inspires others with a values based approach grounded in integrity, positivity, and a focus on delivering results. He has the unique ability to help clients generate new revenue by setting goals and driving change at both the strategic and tactical level. He previously worked at McDonald's, Starcom, and the Western Golf Association.

Adam Robbins - Senior Director, Sales
Adam manages sales of B6A's products. He previously worked at the USA Today and the Arena Football League (AFL) where he took a leadership role in national sponsorship sales and corporate partnership marketing efforts for both organizations.

Andrew Grzeszczak - Director, Engineering
Andrew leads B6A machine learning and Partnership Scoreboard development. He previously worked at Bank of America where he built Python applications to track loans. He also worked at Medstrat where he built a PACS System (Picture Archive Communication System) using Python, Django, Flask and JavaScript.

Leslie Cervantes - Director, Operations
Leslie earned a Masters in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and led her own health care business for the last nine years. Leslie focuses on enhancing the B6A's customer experience, and her extensive business background enables her to easily translate the data to B6A clients.

Alex Cordover - Director, Data Scientist
Alex is a leading data scientist in the sports industry with expertise in building machine learning algorithms for analytics platforms. He led the creation of B6A's Media Analysis Platform (MAP) and Social Sentiment Analysis Platform (SAP).

Joseph Day - Senior Data Scientist
Joe is focused on helping to build B6A's products that have natural language processing (NLP) components. He graduated from the University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in mathematics, economics and statistics.

Ben Sciambi - Senior Partnership Analyst
Ben develops valuation models for B6A clients. He previously worked at Repucom where he analyzed media exposure data to provide teams, leagues, brands, and networks with insights, trends, and predictive models.

Ross Chumsky - Senior Partnership Analyst
Ross leads creation and development of B6A's proprietary Revenue Above Replacement model that has allowed multiple agencies evaluate players in the MLB and NFL. He also provides key media analytics through the Corporate Asset Valuation model.

Jordan Klein - Operations Consultant
Jordan analyzes results of our Media Analysis Platform (MAP) and Social Sentiment Analysis Platform (SAP). from He previously worked as a Fundraising Coordinator for Blast Athletics and a Marketing / Social Media Intern for the Premier Basketball League.

Joey Korman - Operations Consultant
Joey is working with the operation and data science teams on delivery of B6A products to clients. He is currently a MBA Candidate at Loyola University Chicago.
